The textures/diffuse maps have an effect on how the multipurpose map and all those other maps work, to a certain extent. For example...
If you use a SP Master Chief diffuse bitmap for the diffuse, and a MP Master Chief multipurpose bitmap for the multipurpose, you'll notice that the color on the Master Chief biped will be very dark. Edited by Dumb AI on Dec 12, 2012 at 12:10 AM

Oh Yeah, with the grunts chest, the bone in the animation is rotated (I think) so thats why it is deformed. When the grunt is in guarding animation etc the rig is fine. Any one got a solution to this? I think the other grunt rigs have a good chest rig so it must be my rig too.

To setup the colour change for single player usage (actor variants), change the colour change source in the shaders to A. Those elites look mean to fight :D.
