Hey question to anyone. Would it be possible to make a replicator from Stargate and have it so when it gets shot it explodes into replicator pieces?

Burn notice is on in about 15 minutes. Also, I think that it would be better to make the biped disappear when killed, and make the pieces be particle effects.

Maybe have them not actually die but do like the flood and have a fake death which scatter's piece's that wait a random time then combine again. That's how those pesky replicator's work isn't it?

But you would have to make a "reanimating" animation. would this make it possible to script a fake death when in direct contact with an effect that causes instantaneous acceleration (like explosions) seemingly enabling them to be knocked down temporarily and then get back up? Just wondering. Edited by Delicon20 on Aug 12, 2011 at 12:20 AM

So yes. It's possible. knocked down and knocked back are not the same thing Yes they are. All you do is change the animation form getting knocked back to an animation of them falling down then getting up again. The Arbiter in Halo 3 does it. Not hard.

I'm not sure the proportions are right. His chest looks a little small, especially compared to his head. Maybe it's the entire body, cause the legs seem fine in comparison to the chest.

Head is definitely too large, the legs seem too thick, specifically the calve muscles, and the chest and legs seem almost compressed together. Still looks pretty sweet though.
