I'm in need of some killer ai (i don't care if its marines or what as long as they can kill anyone easily and if possible drive any vehicle). this would be very helpful to me because i'm not exactly the best at game file extractions. what i'm trying to do is modify my favorite map (coldsnap) so that there isn't so much down time between battles.

There is no since modifying coldsnap with AI if your intending it for multiplayer. AI does not sync in multiplayer at all and will cause massive lag in multiplayer.

that was not the case for C_vs._M FINAL, the mummy returns,and a few others; really it depends on what the server is running on and if there are issues they would be ai killing clone ai which is resolved by adjusting the ai spawn points from designated battling area (C_vs._M FINAL- the creator simply had the ai spawn at seperate bases and "bumrush" each other in the middle; same with the mummy returns) the ai shooting clone ai only slows them down for a second or two

just open the .actor_varriant tag and change there behavior to be really challenging.

thanks Master Tricks but if they really have a problem with the idea they just won't waste their time playing the map. also thank you yukonmuffin and Tarzan that would help alot.
And just a side note- running the ai program seperate from the server game itself removes the lag that ai create during gameplay; but, this only works if you give the ai bodies in the game file (without the seperate program the ai would merely be target practice with potential) this would allow the game to run smoothly without problems of lag(on your end at least- mine would run a little slow due to the battle calculations and tactics done by the ai) i have the program to do it with but don't have basic ai to modify for this
