The problem I have, is a problem I've always had. Tool doesn't seem to be looking for the shaders where I have them.
For example, when I make a map, it doesn't find the shaders in haloce\tags\levels\mapname\shaders (that's where I put them at first), but it looks for them at haloce\tags. This wasn't a problem at first. I figure out what it was doing and saved the shaders there.
Now that I'm making more models, it is a problem. Any idea why it's not finding my shaders?

You're not going to believe this... I spent all day hunting down the problem and as soon as I posted this question, I found my mistake. You are exactly right. I thought I had done just that, but I made a small mistake.
Thanks
