well, I have g-max and can't export files into .jma or .jmm so ya that sucks. I was wondering if there was a way I could make an animation using the .jms files.

g-max has animation fuuction, i just can't export it.

animation types: .jma- standard looping animaions .jmo- overlay animations. like when you look from side to side the gun moves a little bit to the right or to the left .jmm- dont know. it used with vehicles and bipeds. iv never seen it used with weapons .jmt- dont know this one either. its onlymfor bipeds i think .jmz- i dont know this one either but i do know its for partial animations. like how the cyborg crouches but he still does other stuff too. only for bipeds as far as i know
