oke we all know coldsnap? there is a v2 one but it doenst works so the idea is we fix v2 or make a new v1. after 500 years covenant found coldsnap and the UNSC and covenant where fighting the UNSC won but covenant and new forerunners technologies where found here. so we make 2 basses. blue and red both have same cars, aircrafts, etc there are now covenant aircrafts and stuf and forerunner stuf. we make it a hi quality map. with h2 chief and weapons too. add blast doors in basis and you can open and close them so enemy can/cant!! get in base. the still can but only with the service tunnels like from the POA (normal halo level 1 and level the maw). and some secret routes tho get in still. add sniper towers and gravity lifts and more of that. add light bridges change place of where the flag is from coldsnap v1. and some more stuff around map so if you loos your hog/ca you can get another one without walking too much and some secrit portals. and fo course secrit routes to get to somewhere fast(underground tunnels with vechilles and portals) and new sounds for weapons like from this that i found on the forum http://www.box.net/shared/x8scsquoaamake it possible tho drive on the second level from bridge from coldsnap v1. if you have ideas or wanna make it tel my Greet Gijs007  im back. i updated it as you can see^^ Edited by Gijs007 on Jul 24, 2007 at 09:12 AM

Sounds pretty cool, but do you want to use coldsnap itself and just add what you listed or make a whole new level?

I myself don't like it. It would take out the fun in CTF. Maybe Slayer, too, because you would be able to get the CTF vehicles. This list could go on.

if tis possible tho make normal coldsnap nicer than we use coldsnap. but it think its better tho make a new one. ps THIS LONGSWORD I SHOULD LIKE with that guns and stuf and watch more like this PS: Friday i am AFK for 7 days i don't know how to say that in English on vakantion? i was having the same general idea but the reason for the two bases and vehicle set-ups being different was the fact that even though both teams don't have the same set-up (mountain base/ ground base) the vehicles' fire-power is equal(hog=hog=tank, longsword=mythos,jet=jet you get the idea)
i was just planning to add killer ai and modify level field structure (add buildings or gun-defense mounts)

thanks for the bump XD i cant bump it  we need a good map builders team for this  you people seen the e 3 halo 3 trailer 07? i want a map from that qualitie yea i know impossible halo ce grapiche engine cant do that  but we can make the nicest map possible can we?  and the biggest  lets do it who wanna help i do i do beta test and make the idea  who's with my? you play the map and test it for glitches and bugs and stuff. beta just means its not the final version of the map. so you test the beta to find the bugs, so they can be fixed in the final version.

do you have a schreenshot(picture) of a Broadsword?  and its not a mod its a new version a mod is just i set some pelicans here and there. i wanna make a map that has hi qualitie grapiches. so it looks nicer. now its a map that you can run on every little bit fast computer but the most people have 25. ghz o more so i wanna make a map for that you know. greet Gijs ps: i know a little bit a bout modding and map making i make mods halo pc already with hmt and stuf. could someone make a programma like that for halo ce so its easy to mod and stuf. i have the halo editing kit and stuf bit my english is bad  so i dont understand somethings

If they don't want you ripping their tags, most of them make it protected. Read the readme of the map and they usually tell if they want you ripping them or not.
