When I launch game it asks to be admin mode. When I launch in admin mode literally nothing happens. No process for the game.

I remember this happening to me when I upgraded my GPU to a GTX 1660TI. Perhaps update your drivers and such. Force your game to recognize your card too if you have not done that. Then go to the Nvidia control panel and go to Mange 3D settings, click "Program Settings", add the Halo CE executable, then force FXAA. If youre using an AMD card, then force MLAA, though I do not know the procedure for AMD cards and such. I do apologize if this does not work, good luck though!
