1. Moderator/Site uploader is busy and rarely finds the time to inspect and approve submissions unless it is the holidays. And if you aren't a UXB employee don't bother volunteering to help.
2. People post elsewhere because it's faster. 3. There are other sites, but none which match the level of care and attention CE3 receives. 4. I don't follow SPV but your bound to find something on the official reddit. 5. Go here for Takedown stuff or you know, google the hmf thread. 6.
