I need your help.i have already added the looping sounds to cluster properties and when i open my map doesn't sound , please if someone can help me or send me a turorial how i can do it it would be nice

Yes, i added the forest, it works know, but when i try to change the background then doesn't sound, i'm not sure if i have to add the background first or sound environment

You need to add both on the cluster where you need it, or perhaps its a problem with the sound tag in your sound looping...
