Alright, I have windows 10, I just compiled a map, it did not show up in the map folder, I've restarted windows, I've changed map folders to a backup that was made before I even compiled the map, I've even gone back to a backup of the entire halo custom edition folder, yet the maps are still there. I have opensauce installed. What the hell is going on?

lol i had that issue too. Go to your halo ce folder, find "tool.exe" right click it, click on properties, go to the compatibility tab, mark the box that says "Run This Program As An Administrator" apply, accept and done :D

Alright, thank you. How do I remove the maps that are already showing up from showing up? They aren't in the maps folder, and I've made sure to uncheck hide hidden files.
I... I.. I don't understand. If I run haloce.exe as administrator, the maps don't show up in the list, the ones that ARE NOT in the map folder. if I just run it normally, the maps that ARE NOT in the map folder are showing up in the list. I don't understand, and I can also play them without any problems. Any ideas? Edited by S12Spark on Jun 30, 2016 at 07:53 PM

It's for the compatibility of Win10 with HEK, run as administrator "sapien.exe" "guerilla.exe" and "tool.exe." To remove the "invisible files" with guerrilla.exe open and search them with guerilla directory and eliminate them. (For some reason in this program if they're visible)
