Okay, so I'm trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with the lens flare for this specific area that has a red light texture applied. And It's only for this one spot!!!

Any ideas?

Did you try making sure the UVs are straight?

Also, maybe you can remove the lens flares. They're white and don't match the red too well.

OR you could create a flat plane slightly larger than the red panel, give it a bloody bitmap (like a lens flare) and make it render only.

Yeah, I like the effect of it looking like light bulbs behind it. But I think I'll just remove the lens flares. They aren't that important. And yes, I did make sure the UVs are straight.

Thanks Jesse.

well, if you really want it, you could create a scenery with an invisible shader, and using markers add lights to it, i use this method all the time.

I meant to say Bloomy, not Bloody.

Anyway, that would achieve the desired effect, similar to Kinnet's results (but less intense hopefully)

I decided to do this. I put a flat plane in front of the light texture. I applied a transparent material (prisoner black light). And then created a shader that utilizes lens flares.

Thank you guys for the suggestions. Problem solved.
