Here's a headache
I have a map crashing at a BSP switch. Well, in the script I refer to 2 custom animations. takedown\levels\extermination\cine\b\cyborg\cyborg takedown\levels\extermination\cine\d\cyborg\cyborg
When I remove these, the bsp switch doesn't crash. However, if I keep these in and go to the cinematic where these custom animations happen, the cutscene works 100% fine. Not a single issue or crash, only at the bsp switch after that cutscene.
This is in Takedown right; and you can skip to rally points in Takedown. These animations are in rally point Bravo and Delta. The crash is happening in (even if I just SKIP to it) charlie.
My current cheap way of solving would be to just remove the darn BSP switch; but what the heck is even happening? - Edit: That didn't work. Map just crashes at startup now. However a separate map with just the BSPs (both combined and seperate) work ok.
Yes I've tried re-compiling the animations and splitting up the animations in the file. Edited by MatthewDratt on May 31, 2016 at 11:03 PM

Not that I have any knowledge in the scene of Halo modding, have you tried using any other random animation (stock or custom) and see if they crash as well? (just trying to help you think of ways to debug the situation)

Masterz solved the issue. Tool was compiling more tagspace than available and the map crashed on the largest BSP (much like what happens with tool pro).
So apparently OS tool lies on the amount of free tagspace left. Edited by MatthewDratt on Jun 1, 2016 at 12:22 AM
