In the release of TSC:E's core tags, there are resources for elite player characters in the "characters\_shared\covenant\elite\_player" directory. This includes a player-specific .gbxmodel and .model_animations, etc.

I am wondering about the FP resources, specifically. I noticed that none of the weapons included in the TSC:E's tag release contain unique or specific FP animations for these elite FP arms.

I was wondering if the elite FP arms work with the TSC:E weapons by default, without the need of special FP animations, or do they work in correlation with some other tags? i.e. teh lag's old "elite player tagpack" project back in 2011?

Any insight would be welcome, especially if it's from the team, or teh lag himself. I am beginning to brainstorm a few ideas for elite-centered content, and perhaps initiating a small project for this year's CE3, and I have considered using the TSC:E elite resources. This little problem, however, has stumped my initial efforts.

I personally have all H2 and most H4 weapons rigged to the elite arms. Actually, the tagset is like 99% completed.

It'd be fairly easy to rig the CMT weapon models to the elite boneset that Teh Lag released a while back.

The work to make the CMT weapons work with the player elite has yet to be completed. Not sure why that was included with the release, could possibly be by mistake.
