Every time, I shoot from a weapon or an enemy shoots, weird lines keep popping up with different colors that looks like a disco.

Have you updated the drivers for your graphics card?

I did try a different level in the game and it is still the same.

Whats mostly shocking about this error, is that it only happens to halo 1 and the rest of the games that I've played like (League of Legends, Dolphin Emulator, Halo Online (Greater Graphics with no problem FeelsBadMan.) doesn't encounter this error. It's so funny that it happens to an old game Kappa. I'm trying to make this custom single player project happen with custom animations, and this thing happens.

i think you are using spanish or french or any other language version of halo try using the english version, this happened to me when i was playing the SPV2 campaign in a spanish HCE version.

the more, powerful smartphones, and tablets and laptops become, the better PC's become. pc towers will always be better ,why you ask, you can update them with the newest hardware, where as tablets, smartphones, and laptops to a point, you will have to buy a new one in the and.

But still let's glance at the current market situation of the PCs. 2015 was just another bad news for PCs...with decreased sales, even lower market shares, etc, so will be 2016. Yeah, PCs are still amazing, powerful, but they aren't portable.
A Lot of my buddies abandoned their PCs, replacing it with a high end laptop just because it's portable, they can play games wherever and whenever they want...also smartphones are a lot cheaper, affordable for many people with less income, it's just like a pc for them, moreover they can't afford a full tower PC.

you know Intel i5 6500 based on what I've been reading it can be OC to 4.0ghz. and i7 6600 can go past that to 4.2 or 4.4 ghz.

so they like laptops more well that's up to them, they well have to buy a new one just to keep up with the updates in hardware, I mean I've had my old pc, for a long time and that was made back in 2005 and it was running a gtx 760, but even I had to upgrade .

as for a tower you buy bit by bit at, A time not the full thing, just in case you see something you could've got like a new card, or something along those lines.

I don't mind laptops, having one would be nice but, just would not work for what I need

Do you even know what it is that you type? Most people are not going to buy one piece at a time, and hope to someday put together a computer. And what does "us keeping up with hardware" have to do with the PC sales? One person alone is not going to make a difference.

Furthermore... I'm almost certain that the GTX 760 did not exist in 2005.

no not some day,
4weeks or so if you can't pay for it at one time, or you did here about new hardware,
coming out in two weeks or one weeks, and you would've like to see if it was better,
then what you were going to get.

my old pc was made back in 2005, yes my bad, wean gtx 760 came out I got one, to put in it, best thing I even did.
and well it's seems you don't have to pay as much for DDR4 then DDR3.
