i seriously have no idea how to put tags in the game, so how can i do it :/

what exactly are you trying to do and what errors are you coming across? Be as specific as possible

trying to put a tag on a map but when i open sapien it doesnt show up... the tag file btw... thats the best way i can describe it

You'll have to add the tags to your active list in sapian before you can place them. "Hierarchy View > Edit Types > Add" which should open a thing where you select the tags to add. It's not hard. Read the HEK tutorial, look for stuff on YouTube and around the forums. There's stuff everywhere.

Well, adding a tag is an easy process. Just like Skidrow suggested, open up "edit types" on the top left corner of the hierarchy view and select the tag type, and browse to the location of that particular tag. So if you are adding scenery tags that choose scenery tags as the tag type, and find that tag inside your tags folder. It's generally "tags > scenery" add them and you are done.
You can add various tags through the same process.

If you still don't understand than read the hek tutorials, or sometimes it's helpful to look at other available maps. Extract the map through hek+ and look through them in sapien... the way they use tags,explore each section such as game data, scenary,vehicles and you will understand it better.
