Do any builds of Prometheus exist anywhere? It's mentioned in the black art of halo mods book but its nowhere to be found, and the site was replaced with a Japanese site.

an all in one halo ce editor.

Most of the ideas here seem to be redundant and far fetched. It did have a relevance way back when people had ambitions to create new things. But, that is just my opinion.

I think it was the other way around. Server browser shows more than 16 but only 16 can play.

Yeah I think you're right, I think I remember someone posting where they even tried to Direct IP connect to it and it still wouldn't let them in. I wasn't really active at the time; I think it was between 2010-2012.
