AS far as I can see there is no good forum for helping people locate particular kinds of maps. Since the tags people place on their maps are generally not very good, and a fair few maps are not located on Halo Maps, I figured it would be nice to create a place for people to ask if there is or is not a particular kind of map and for those who know of such a thing can tell them. For example, I cannot locate a custom elite campaign. I also cannot locate a Halo: Reach style campaign that isn't in Spanish. which I don't speak. If someone could tell me about either, that would be much appreciated.

Is called google. Just type whatever the map you want and then this:

It will search only in halomaps

Ok I'll bite. Does anyone know where I can find the Halo 1 final map pack for original Xbox?

There used to be a site for it (http://halo1final.com/) but it's down.

No I do not.

I mean the map pack that was released exclusively for the original Xbox. The maps were never released on PC, with the exception of Downrush and Zerohour. SBB Mike is supposed to port the rest of them but he's gone dark.

From what I can see, Halo 1 Final was perhaps never actually released.

Seems to me some of these maps were ported to the MCC. At least, that's what I gathered from the Halo forums.

That's not true at all.

The only new maps to grace the MCC are the Gearbox maps (Danger Canyon, Ice Fields, etc)

Isn't it just a community made map pack?

There was a discussion on the official forums, and someone said that they had been ported to MCC. Not having an Xbox One myself, I was unsure but willing to believe whoever it was, especially since the page was all messed up. If you say they weren't ported, I believe you. I couldn't find out anything else so far though I will keep looking.
