Try connecting from model to frame

You have multiple root nodes in your scene.

Make sure all of the object in your scene are linked up to one individual frame.

1. Select all your objects in your scene and unlink them. (icon on the right)

2. Create a simple box in your scene and name it "frame" - without quotes

3. Select all of the meshes in your scene you want export (excluding the frame) then hit the link icon (to the left)

4. Hit H on your keyboard which should bring up the select by object/name dialog.

5. Select the object named "frame" in your dialogue and there should be a button replacing "ok" with "link" hit that and then when the dialogue closes disengage the link tool by hitting either "Q" or "W"

6. You linked something yays!

um, I know this one, you used the listener window / quit the exporter before the whole file was exported, reexport it to solve this.

So lets go over a few things

1. Are you using 3DS Max or Gmax?
2. If 3DS Max, what version?
3. Are you using Blitzkreig or Bluestreak?
4. Have you tried deleting the old jms before re-exporting the model?
5. Have you tried re-exporting the model at all?
6. If you're using a version of 3DS max past 2010, did you completely close the program before running tool?
7. Is your model linked to your base node?
8. Did any of this help?

Give answers, preferably with images/debug text, as soon as you can.
