I was wondering if anyone could rig a biped for me, I've been trying to get it to work for the best part of 3 months and I was wondering if there is ANYONE out there that could rig it for me. PM me if your interested. the model in question is a custom built space marine off 40k.

you think I havn't seen the rigging tutorials, and that last link is so obvious its almost sad. the problem is the space marine shoulder pads more than anything else, they're so big it makes the model really hard to rig. the head and backpack are also difficult, in short, its just a really tricky model to rig because its so unusual. Just upload the file and put it here. Maybe some one will take it up.

What did you use to import that model? Is there not an importer that imports the model with original bones and skin modifier?

It's a custom model. there were no bones, I'm using the cyborg bones, I got it to animate using said bones but not in a game worthy state, It was horrible.

I'm not going to fix your rig, but I will tell you how you can. You should consider parts of your model simple attachments. The problem is that you have everything attached as a single mesh. You should select the shoulder pieces and jetpack individually and detach them as separate mesh objects. Then all that is required is for you to link the mesh to the proper bone (shoulder meshes to upperarm bones and the jetpack mesh to spine1 bone)
