Yet only maybe one of the games was also released for PC? Its normal for them to run things on PC for development, however that doesn't mean they'll release a PC version, because XBONE. |

It's most likely a dev kit, which would be a possibility because the Xbone uses x86 hardware. There is no way that microsoft would allow one of the "Big" Halo games to be on the PC.
