Open Sapien, go to cluster properties > palettes > weather palette and add weather and wind tags you want in there (usually they are located in levels folder). Then go to cluster properties > weather and choose that weather in all places where you want it to snow/rain.

I predict your trying to add weather elements into TSC E.
In which case I would slap my nipples for conjuring such a fruitless idea. Btw. You will also have to manually create and set your exact portals within the map if you for example do not appreciate snow balls penetrating a 7 foot thick ceiling. |
