Unless the bitmap type is a interface bitmap, the bitmap size must be a power of 2

4x4
8x8
16x16
32x32
64x64
128x128
256x256
512x512
1024x1024

or any combinations of those (ex 512x256)

Open whatever .bitmap tags spawned in Guerilla, in Type select interface and save. Recompile

Tool will usually spit out a corrupt .bitmap in its place. Go look for it.

If its not there:

Open Guerilla
File > New > Bitmap
Save where the .bitmap would come out

If you have data\levels\bitmaps\dudemap.tif
save your bitmap in
tags\levels\bitmaps\dudemap.bitmap. Change to interface.

Recompile

Or you can try Photoshop cs2.
