well here is the picture of the leg. Its stretching. by the way ignore the white texture I can easily fix that. I don't really remember that I scale the bones but does anyone know how to reset them?

Make sure the vertices are weighted to the correct bone. And I found that moving or resizing bones after I've compiled and set an animation for it ingame messed things up. If you really can't find any solution to the problem, I'd say just to re-rig/re-animate from scratch.
