About the flood encounters
There is nothing much to see but I'll explain it to you. In my project the flood brutes are more special than the other combat forms, they do not wield weapons and will just charge at you but they are more faster and more durable. They don't melee, they just charge and spear/takle you so basically that's their melee and the damage and force is equivalent to the hunter's but a little stronger. The worst weapon you can have against them is the br, dmr, plasma pistol, or magnum and the best way to fight them off is the spiker, plasma rifle, shotgun and other strong close range weapons. It's a bad thing to stick them with plasma grenades or spike grenades as they can get to you fast.


The flood elites are shielded but with a less durable body health but they are faster than Halo 1s. Here's a quick spoiler about flood human's in my project, you will encounter a lot of them wielding rocket launchers because I'm terrible at game balance but I have my reasons. The flood humans are faster and but less durable than the brute and elite combat forms.

The flood juggernaut, they were cut in Halo 2 but they will make a return in my project. I'm still making plans for it so I don't have anything to say about it yet.

I know you posted this like 3 months ago, but if you're using OpenSauce
(which from the looks of it you are...) I recommend you try DLM's. They're not as hard as they seem. In fact, they were so kind enough to write a good tutorial for it...
