To be entirely to the point, stun damage is not registering for any of the damage_effect tags where it is used. Does stun damage only register in multiplayer? I've made sure that it would normally apply by keeping actual damage values >1, making sure the side effect is set to "none," and the damage fraction ensures that damage is being done. Minimum and Maximum stun, as well as stun time, are set to 1 just for the sake of testing purposes. I saw that I could add a value >1 in the stun damage tabs but that doesn't change anything either. I also checked in the globals tag - minimum stun time is set to 0, max at 5, stun movement, turning, and jumping penalties are all set to ~0.9.
However, whenever I have stun damage set to be present, my movement and aiming are not penalized at all. I feel like I messed up somewhere but I don't know where to look at this point.

Stun was disabled for Custom Edition. You can re-enable it if you really want with the console command stun_enable 1; though I think that might carry over to other maps as well (like rider_ejection).
