It says Your account has been disabled. I guess Nickster only payed for one month. But I'm not planning to do any more public betas so it's not a big issue. For the spores, I believe that the gameplay world not be fun, as the users of high ping will face problems, like not registering the touch and not getting infected.

I don't think so.
I don't think effect events will really matter. If you're firing burst with a BR into the side of a warthog, even if each of the bullet holes is controlled by one individual event, if they don't dissipate fast enough, after a while you will begin to tax the game's particle count, causing clipping and fading.
Also, you can't accomplish bullet holes with material responses that spawn decals, because decals only stick to non-dynamic BSP-based objects, hence why you DON'T see them on vehicles, scenery, bipeds, etc.
