So, I'm coming to the end of guardian forest, Its been a long and in some parts frustrating journey. However I've learn't a lot yardy yardy yarda, anyway. I am considering making one of these three levels next:
Forerunner City (Off halo 3), Forerunner Ship (Off halo 2 (I actually have the models from halo 2 for this along with the only part of its interior that you actually see, this is the most possible level to make) or Forerunner Tank.
Any Ideas which one, and, more to the point, would anyone be keen to help me with this next level, sort of make it into a group project as it were.

Forerunner Tank 4 life!
But actually, Forerunner Ship would be cool to see. Are the models you have from it actually parts of the BSP?

the models I have are not part of the BSP, the models are these: The key ship itself. The vent that MC hides himself in in the cut scene, This would be an excellent start for the first BSP. Here are some pics: Having said that, I would much rather do Forerunner Tank if you are keen.

I'm not just talking about the tank, I'm talking about the cut level 'forerunner tank' which tells the story of John 117 (or in this case maybe our favorite ODST marine once again) traveling through the bowls of Delta halo

well, that's good, although, I believe starting this at the beginning of next year is best, I for one have a ton of programing assessments due soon for Uni so I'm going to have my work cut out with those.
Also, I have been thinking (never a good thing) If this level goes ahead then its going to need several distinct sections which the player will progress through. The first section depending on how we do this will probably be a beachhead. This will most likely involve the covenant and will be set above ground. the next section will be the first floor underground, This will probably be divided between forerunner and covenant waring for control. the next floor down will be solely forerunner. after this the forerunner will give way to flood on the next floor down this will involve several skirmishes between flood and forerunner forces. The next section should be entirely flood controlled. This might be a good place to add some flood corruption and reorganization of the environment. The following floor will be yet another battle between sentinels and flood. the final floor will be somewhere close to the heart of the halo ring where the sentinels still have control. this is where the forerunner tank will reside.
having said that. this is merely my interpretation of what It should be like whats yours? Edited by Jobalisk on Oct 28, 2014 at 01:35 PM

It's at times like these we ask are selves.
What is forerunner?
I believe it's simple intricate geometry twined with out of this world textures.

your use of the word simple goes completely against the word intricate. but yes, I agree. This level will be divided into multiple floors, I believe it would work best if we have each person who wants to work on this project made responsible for a BSP donating a single floor. so in other words, each person working on this project makes a floor entirely by themselves (unless they don't want to.) forerunner architecture is fairly simple at its crux so its not too hard to create a floor each, of cause, the person responsible for the outside floor right at the top will have a bit more work to do.

would you like an all grunt firing squad while you are at it? (I can't guarantee they will kill you first shot, but they will get you eventually. (so you can watch painfully amused while they hit every non-lethal part of your body first))

yes, a better one would be:
If you ever threaten me again I'll see it that your put to work combing brute pubes for the rest of your life (which I imagine, with a job like that, wouldn't be very long)
