So I just started using Halo CE and all the maps work great except RT Starwars M1. When I load the game it loads up but with in a few seconds the screen goes a greenish color and freezes. Does anyone else have this problem and/or know a solution. It looks like a cool map and I would like to play it. I did see in the description that it is a coop map does that mean it requires more than one player to work? I just loaded it up on LAN by myself to test and always get this prob. Please help.

Thanks

Disable, any Anti aliasing in your graphics card settings.

If you use an AMD GPU, You should be able to find the necessary settings in: Catalyst.exe

Or you may need to upgrade your gpu, depending on your pc specs.

Thank you for your response however I just realized that it is somehow caused by using a gamepad not the AA settings. It only seems to happen when I try to play with a gamepad, I tried with a wired xbox and ps3 controller same with both. Any thoughts on how fix this and still be able to use a gamepad

I can't think off the top of my head as to why a game pad would compromise halo's visual aspects.

I'm just speculating here, But does the gamepad add additional visual content to the screen?

Such as control symbols e.t.c

Perhaps they might be "annoying" halo.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the gamepad drivers. If you're using XInput Wrapper for the DS3, then DS3 is running on Xbox 360 gamepad drivers furthering the probability that it is a driver issue. I suggest re installing or updating your gamepad drivers.
