I'm sort of back I guess... Can someone tell me who made this map? It doesn't look like halo reach or halo 3-4 ( partially because the textures and the models in the map are so different)

It doesn't look like halo CE Perse but if it was, do you think this is some or the power one would have of they had access to the source code?
