how can I change the fov on any map now that skys the limit doesnt work? I feel motion sick playing on such a close fov.

Use hac2 http://blog.haloanticheat.com/ press F6 to change FOV.

With Sky's the Limit being dead it really doesn't matter, because you can now leave the Dev Console on at all times with this version of CE.
