As an entertaining gimmick, of course. That, and to show just how mindless the Flood are when it comes to warfare in comparison to all other factions.

Flood are basically stupid in my opinion but that opinion changed when I saw how they played out in halo 2 and halo 3.

In this map I was trying to make them be the way they were in Halo 2, but that wasn't easy due to the limitations of the Halo 1 game engine.

The halo 1 engine is 13 years old and people still do mods for it.

Yeah, I was just saying that it is difficult to emulate features the Flood have from later games, including the capabilities introduced in Halo 2 and Halo 3.

Well, first off Sapien crashes whenever I open the d20 scenario tags, and I can't extract the original scripts correctly. This was basically the only way I could successfully do it.
