Once or twice or thrice upon a lot of times... There was a boy called Max, he gave offspring each year; I met one of his offspring, Max 2010, so the story began...
So, regarding those helpful animation helpers and IK points, how do I remove them without destroying the animation? ie. I want them in-game.
The end.

As long as the constraints aren't linked to any of the nodes they won't be exported with the .jma or w/e. You can also try hiding them. I'm almost positive bluestreak ignores hidden objects when it exports (check ghost.halomaps.org, he explains the properties of bluestreak there).

I have to load an animation tag that has been already compiled to make the "Export animation Data" button unfrozen. Would CAD's Anim Exporter do the same?

CAD's Compact exporter works perfectly for anything you need to export animation related. I've used it for some 200+ animations in a single day and I've never gotten errors that weren't on my part. If you need help with IK Controllers/Constraints, come get to me on xfire and i'll run you through it no problem
