Since my laptop is more broken then the last an i'm saving my money for a Desktop *never get laptops again* is it possible to make the resolution bigger?

My keys from Esc going down are broken so I can't use them anymore, pretty much handy cap with a on screen keyboard. I wanna keep making videos and taking photos of Halo but I can't Photo somethin with 1280x720 we're not using old pc's anymore. The -window mode only goes to 1280.

Edit*
I should had fix the title, is it possible to have 1600 using window mode.

Yes?

Works with 1600x1024 too.

I'm not sure what you're asking, couldn't you just go change the resolution and try for yourself?

Gotta be honest, couldn't remember if it was or not. Been so long since I haven't had OS installed.

I have run CE at 2880x1800... so yeah it can go pretty high as long as you have the monitor to support it. I've yet to see anyone with a 4k display play it, I have only ever been able to get it to render at 3840x2400.

for 1900 screens add -Vidmode 1920,1200,60 to the end of your start up icon target field

Like this?

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\haloce.exe" -window -vidmode 1920,1080,60

Tried it but no go. I....thought I had OS if I really do need it to make the screen bigger.

how do I turn off vsync through vidmode? I need to do this for halo pc because there is no 1080 support, it only goes up to 900p on the menu, and vidmode always somehow turns on through vidmode

900p

Are you running Halo Custom Edition from the XTurd Juan? http://i.minus.com/iW2bT6onZ3IaP.gif

I said halo pc... it only goes up to 1600x900. and if I put vidmode in 1080, it enables vidmode in 60fps, integrated or NVidia regardless

and why do I use halo pc? cuz I have friends who refuse to play halo ce, but are still fans of halopc, I still love the ridiculous fov, and its so classic. I only wish I could change the ui to that new c10 ui that was recently uploaded
