So, I used my normals and specualars, filled all the "..." boxes, set the values, compiled as .yelo, yet the shader won't work. My normals doesn't work, the same with my specular. Is there a setting I have to enable first for the shader to work?

Get a look at this tutorial (how to set up a project yelo) http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=40120. And if you did it good, your shaders will work.
