the title says it all and this is the error message

"cannot allocate required memory. some other application has loaded where halo needs to be located"

i was looking around and people were saying that it was internet explorer causing the issue and to roll back that part of the update, but they were referring to ie8. in this update i see not a single thing mentioning ie so im not sure what to do about this.

nvm, i fixed it. just a restart was needed. odd glitch though
