Is it possible to command ai to attack certain enemys at increased accuracy?

there's a command called ai_magically_see_players or something along the lines of that. They'll automatically see the enemy wherever they are. As for increased accuracy, you would need to edit the actor variant

Is there a way to replace the flashlight to get it to work?

If you could somehow get something to spawn (invisible, but you'd get a location) directly where the player was pointing and then get the encounter that (no doubtly) would be following you to move to that position... sure. There might be a better way to do it, not sure

Couldn't you make two different weapons one with increased accuracy and make the ai switch weapon?

well, you could always edit the firing characteristics of an actor_variant with values from legendary and save it as a new actor_variant.

place the new actor_variant in your map

then use:

(ai_prefer_target <object_list> <boolean>)

if TRUE, *ALL* enemies will prefer to attack the specified units. if FALSE, removes the preference.

this will make the same biped appear more accurate during whatever it is you need done.

you could also add a secondary fire to the weapon the actor uses and set the actor to use the alternate fire 100%
