Ok, so I have been working on a custom map, it took me like 2 hours of editing the damn thing.... Anyways, I used chimp to export the map to a .jms file. I saved it like new_map.jms here: data/levels/beginer/models/new_map. So, I run tool and I enter: tool structure levels/beginer/models new_map
Tool then get's an error, and in the error message there is a wrong directory of the one I used. What is that? Sorry If I confused you

So what you are telling me is that the folder wich contains the .jms needs to have the same name with the .jms..?

There is no reason to include the /models in your tool command. Tool will look for a folder called "models" in the folder you selected.
tool structure takedown\bsps\bravo\ a
my file is at data\takedown\bsps\bravo\models\a.jms
