So I was wondering if anybody can get me the unprotected version of "The Floods Part 2" http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=3106 . The Floods part 1, and 3 are unprotected I think... but, 2 is protected. I am only asking because it would make my job a lot easier to convert it to Xbox for use in a mappack if I had the original unprotected version. I'm not really asking straight out for tags... not going to use any tags out of it or call it mine... just going to make it playable on the Xbox. So if the creator is out there... please, if you don't mind, get back to me. A few years ago when I found this I would play it over and over, my friend and I spent a lot of hours on this map just messing around and we loved it. To be a multiplayer, single player styled map, it was so much fun, and the Xbox would make it so much more fun... as the netcode would make the AI sync so much better, maybe even perfectly. Haven't really had much help in the Xbox field, so I'm doing this all on my own here. So... that's my request. Any help would be amazing.

What do you mean with that? Are you talking about an MP game with two or more Xbox conected or 2-4 people playing on the same console?

Yeah, it would be a LAN game. I use XBConnect and Xlink Kai to play with friends, and sometimes just do LAN the way it's supposed to be played (you know... locally, lol). But what I meant was that the Xbox's version of Halo has better netcode and can handle more. If you've ever played any sort of multplayer campaign for CE, you'd probably notice that some of the AI doesn't sync properly. (Like there may be an invisible entity attacking you and you can't see or hurt it and you just die... that's because it's on the other person's side)

Eh? Never heard of that, really.

When I was a newb in Halo CE, I used to play maps like The floods in MP. I always created the server to play with a friend... and I was always blaming him because, from my perspective, he wasted ammo like an idiot shooting to the floor and the walls... I feel bad for him now.

LOL.
