Seeing all those videos of playing Halo 2 Vista in third person, I decided to try it out myself, see if I could emulate a first-person perspective when driving vehicles by manipulating the position of the third-person camera.
Unfortunately for me, blu trainer and thirdperson utility is refusing to work for me at all, but I'm wondering if I need to be connected to XBL for it to work...I'm trying this in the campaign, is there a way to fix?

By default it does...still nothing. In the case of blu trainer, hitting numpad 4 or the 4 key at the top row of the keybaord for third-person, nothing happens...it's still first person? Edited by Bottletopman on Aug 24, 2013 at 05:42 AM

None of those work...the K2 version is exactly the same as the Blue Trainer I'm using, I hit all the number keys, nothing happens. Yes, I've run them as admin, I run them after halo 2 launches...still no dice ;-;

Make sure you have all of your Windows Updates. Perhaps you have some security/anti-virus type application that is getting in the way and preventing Memory Editing. Try temporarily disabling any security apps to see if thats it. Or your Windows is locked down with ASLR: How to Disable ASLR

I really don't want to compromise my system's security, but I have given Halo 2 all permissions (Halo 2 and those devtrainers are trusted programs in my AV)
