alright. so i dont exactly know what i specifically did, but i was trying to make one animation for both reloads. the full reload is the one that i didnt like. i changed something in the fp anims file. i realise this screwed things up. when i played the map when i reload after a clip is out it plays a second reload animation right after, this time being the reload full. i dont know what it is i did but i realise now i shouldnt have messed with it, does anyone know how i can make it just play the reload empty anim for both? or at least make the animations work again? (make it not reload and then reload)


edit: if thats confusing let me know.
im having trouble trying to find the right words.

Your best bet is to dissect how weapon animations for other weapons work. (IE Assault Rifle) Try swapping out animations in default weapons before you go about creating/deleting them. Animations are particularly cryptic in the way they are arranged, so deleting or creating (additional) blocks can really mess a bunch of things up unless you have a firm understanding of what you are doing or a backup handy.

*bump* i didnt quite ask this question the right way to get the awnser i wanted. it was late at night lol.

let me ask it this way: so im trying to be able to swap the anims for reloading so that no matter what it reloads with the reload empty animation. whats the best way to edit out the reload full and place reload empty in its place?

Go into the animation tag and select the drop down box below "First Person Weapons" and change the reload-full to your reload-empty animation.
