Maybe... just maybe... you could make a custom level with yarr tagnesses, as there are maybe verging on over 103.1415926 projects... which is 3.1415926 projects too many.

i would suggest you work on 1 thing at a time, from the look of your current assets a campaign is way too ambitious. you need to spend some quality time making quality stuff before people will give you a shred of respect...

Well, let it be said that this particular mod that I am working on is more of an Anniversary-esque map than it is a Halo Reach mod. I am currently working on the first person arms, however, I will need some assistance. If anyone would be so kind as to supply me with a pre-rigged biped of the 'Halo Anniversary Edition' Mjolnir Mk. IV Armour, I would be more than appreciative.
I'm going to make the Spartan from the game that came out last year look much better than before whilst finding unique, intricate ways to make the Halo Reach marines look even worse. Once I am certain that my marines have grotesque rigs and horrendous burnt textures, I will entrust said tags to my dear friend, 'Savinpvtmike'. After that is done, I have other affairs to attend to. Johnlexs, I must remind you that a Halo Reach might cause lag, and if you are not a fan of the game, you won't find my mod to be enjoyable. I'm more focused on tags than I am on gameplay at this moment, as I must ensure that they function properly before hand. This requires an amount of attention to detail and care that other Halo 3/Reach mods have lacked in the past.
On a side note, in lieu of the marine displacement when a gun is fired upon them, I have replaced the animation with a stationary one, where the marine would inform you that said shot was quite painful.

Would I create a Halo 4 revamp? Not very likely. Am I in the process of creating a Halo 3 revamp? I was, however, I chose to focus on my Reach mod, as I've received too much flak from the Halomaps community.

Also, It is with pleasure that I inform you that my maps run on OpenSauce, allowing me to use larger tagsets, better textures and better scripting. This, alone, makes my mod better than Johnlex's, apparently. Though these will be in my possession from the beginning, I will neglect all of these and, instead, focus on making my mod as lackluster and uninspired as possible.

I never really played anniversary with remastered graphics, took away the classic feelin of a mysterious world with perilous dangers... And alot of holes where you can fall to your death

As for the Marines,what would you want me to do to them? Should I remove something (the scarf, backpack, etc)?

The weapons in the mod will use a CEA style HUD. I will port some weapons myself to Halo 1 but I won't do the Plasma Pistol, Plasma Rifle or the Assault Rifle and others because it's too difficult.

Also, I would like some help from any good biped makers.

I can't see grass in-game (as a detail_object), can someone help me with that?
I also need help using OS for this mod.

i'm just gonna go ahead and say, since 343 is a group of no talent f ucks they aren't capable of doing anything other than textures or placing scenery in a half decent manner, if u want the "CEA" tags, then wait for killzone to release his saucy reach tags (since his will probably look very nice) and then beg people for a saucy h3 AR and magnum, take and boost the contrast, brightness, and saturation of all of your textures to about 10ish%, and then get yourself some darn good textures and lightmaps. also, since the game should still feel like H1 if you can rig your bipeds properly, u might be able to use the H1 collisions (because it should still feel the same). also, before u say that you're making a HR revamp, not a CEA revamp, they're the same thing because 343's 2 step success plan is;

How incredibly over opinionated and completely uninformed, you are. Halo 4's scenery is far more than decent. Halo 4 is arguably the best looking halo game besides Halo 3. They worked on Halo 4 since before you could even bandwagon jump onto the release of Halo 3, making it the longest production process in the entire series. So please, dont talk about effort. You probably thought Halo ODST deserved a 10/10, despite shipping with a lackluster 3 hour campaign and Halo 3's maps, just because it was bungie.

Also, might I remind you that a majority of the problems with halo ce mods are that alot of the tags were borrowed from inexperienced people. Ask the latin community about that when they finish making "(h3)halo 3 BloodGulch for the hundreth time. Ask them why they swap titular halo 3 weapons out for Halo reach ones.

IMO Halo 3 ODST was nice to me because it encouraged exploration and also allowed me to handle each encounter differently (only talking about "mombassa streets" the "actual" campaign/story was lackluster). Also Halo Cea was to me the best looking halo except for that damn texture popping. Also we should get back on topic.

Except Halo Wars. Oh and the textures were dulled on objects for 2 reasons; the game dev assumption that players would be too caught up in fighting to be distracted and to make the enemies and allies stand out much better. The latter was actually in a vid doc I remember. Halo wars did the same for cutscenes too.

yea... totally forgot to add halo wars, and I found out about AvP when I saw a high detailed-high framerate cutscene playing on a 2011 intel HD i3 laptop... yea...
