What would be the best way to go about finishing up a model like this building? (I want it as close as possible to the real thing)

What I have so far:

I plan to copy the top balcony I had made, and make all the other extrudes and insets and whatnot, but are there any tricks to getting it all done faster?

Since the building is symmetrical, I modeled half of it, cloned it and put it next to the first half for renderping purposes (similar to my edited image of the real thing)

I'd recommend you to put a plane on the "floor", and move it's vertices to match the shape you are going to extrude, then ry to find a front picture of your building, put it behind, make your shader transparent and extrude open edges by shift + drag.
And use snap. (enable it for vertices and edges only)
