ok as the tite states i would like to know the proper way to script that. i know it deals somewhat with get_current_flashlight_state and pp_set_effect_instance_active and pp_set_effect_instance_fade but i do not know how i would tie them together and make it switch on and off with the flashlight key. still learning scripting :p
