Ok so i was told that it wouldn't work very well if i made a biped this way i did anyway cause i just wanted it to get ingame but this is rediculose okay so the exact things i did was import cyborg but its nodes where they should be on morgan then i exported it as a jms in k0rnman made the node check sum match then i replaced the cyborg.gbx in the cyborg.biped with morgan.gbx and i could this And why aren't the textures working :( so is there anyway to fix this or should i start from scratch because i have not seen any good tutorials on how to do the there one by waveoflag but its just him rigging one up

your skinning did not get exported, what did you use to export it?

I don't rig bipeds, but I'm pretty sure you can't just drag bones into a model and expect it to work.
