How long does it takes between a tag being submitted and then being posted on the website?

Usually Dennis will upload submitted items every other Monday. I would expect to see stuff after this weekend or the next one.

you should also check the twitter to see if there was any problem with the file you submitted that way when dennis uploads the next batch of files your not wondering why yours wasn't uploaded with them.
