Hi, all. I've been in the modding scene for about two years now and I have some pretty good ideas but I can't find any resources or references on how to do what I'm looking to do.
Can anyone provide links to how to make animated bitmaps? |

Technically animated shaders using functions, but yes, animated bitmapz.

It's already possible, just look at aotcr. The holograms there are animated.
