sometimes i miss the chaos occasionally

so since i am having issues with the physics on my current prowler project, i decided while i'm waiting for help that i would work on an updated halo reach falcon since models can now be extracted. but i cant help but notice one thing the rotorblades on the falcon have a blur map in a separate bitmap. so when they start to spin how could i set it up to where once the blades start spinning the rotor blur shows up? is it even possible?

you have to make a new model permutation, just like for the warthog. Then you need to set blur speed in vehicle tag.
