I was wondering how Do I change biped in multiplayer maps. I've seen a tutorial before on the internet but I could not really understand.

Look in your globals.globals tag (back it up first!) for multiplayer information, and you will see unit set as cyborg_mp or something. Change that and compile your map.

Do I Compile the map only?

For any changes in the tags to take place, you must recompile the map. If you're new to CE, tool-ex in HEK+ will be useful to you. No command lines.
