Anybody got hi-res H2 bitmaps?

I believe the only high res h2 bitmaps are in H2V. I know the h2 beta's had higher res than retail.

Why is that?In HL2 beta,the textures were better than retail,too.As for Halo Trial,well,they were pretty much the same.

Well halo trial is an offshoot of the regular game...

My guess is that they could afford higher res textures when the engine wasn't doing as much stuff, and they lower the resolution for optimal FPS.

A more easily understood relationship is how you access a file within a folder, where you can imagine the folder is the encounter and the file is the squad.

I've never really looked at H2 textures since H2 Coag, but I believe that was what hired gun said. If you've looked into it, then you're probably right.
