Hi everyone,
As we all do, I love to remod some older maps and was wondering where I can get a pack of the original maps from halo combat evolved.
even a link to single player ones will also be great.
Second, I need somebody that really knows how to make a good map.
What I need is a large canyon (like the one shown in the Halo Reach mission Tip Of The Spear).
This might include having some wreckage of vehicles, smoldering crators etc, just something that can have lots of AI battling in the background.
If you don't have any idea of that mission, look it up on YouTube or see if you can find some images of it.

Yes, Halo CE does already have the multiplayer maps, but my problem being I can't open them with HEK.
It only takes the ones that come with Combat Evolved.
Thanks for that link, and a have 5 maps well under way already!

Um,do you mean HEK+? HEK+ accepts all the Halo 1 map formats(except Trial/Demo,I think).

What are you talking about? It works perfectly fine *shrug* You just can't grab tags that default HEK wouldn't understand, because like standard HEK, standard HEK+ doesn't know what to do with them.

No, I said that they were modded to hell, meaning lots of modding done, esp texturing.
HUD is one of the many things I am changing.

idk how well it works, I only tried the H2V portion and I couldn't get that to work. This is part of opensauceIDE, but the GUI isnt connected to anything yet lol.

Maps look well, as you said, crazy.
No personal favorites, but some inspiration.
And no, there most. Ertainly not goi g to be that crazy.
More to the point, esp the. Onus level after The Maw that I'm making.
You might know about it of you've read th novel Halo:First Strike.

You basically board a covenant supercarrier and take it to the covenant fleet rally point before they. And the jump to earth and blow a heap of covenant ships, a massive superstructure (like High Charity) and weaken the covenant fleet before they jump to earth.
